If so, that was my intention when I thought up and created this blog. Of course, my blog title is meant to invoke a bit of laughter in you – but also to raise awareness of all of the little things we may be doing in life that contribute to our overall unhealthiness as a society.
On my blog I share with you all my general passion (and ever-expanding) knowledge in the area of health, fitness, wellness and holistic nutrition. These 4 buzzwords have always rung a bell in my head as important factors in living your BEST life. Finding my passion for all of these things has made me the happiest and healthiest (inside and out) person that I’ve ever been – and I hope to continue to share my insights with anyone who cares to indulge in this blog!
